Christopher Payne has 20 years experience in marketing, advertising, design and packaging. In that time, he has worked on projects for some of the UK's best known companies. Christopher started his career in advertising with Riley, one of the leading lights in recruitment advertising in the 80’s and 90’s working on campaigns for blue chip companies across press and radio.

He expanded his career development into print and packaging design before entering the wine industry as a marketer specializing in brand development and NPD, launching new products into every supermarket in the UK. He has developed a number of very successful wine and drinks brands.

Steve is a highly accomplished and respected designer. He started as a junior designer following art college, worked his way up to Senior Designer & Studio manager before starting a design partnership with colleagues. This business established itself as a leader in electronic, heavyweight artwork for the print and publishing industry through the 1990s. Steve then went on to focus his skills towards more creative solutions rather than production, developing another successful design business, Redbus. Steve has now joined forces with Christopher at Realm. His knowledge of design and his creativity have enabled him to work with great clients and leading brands including: Texaco, Q8 Petroleum, Air France, KLM, FirstAssist, Cathay Pacific, Random House Publishing, Dorling Kindersley and Getty Images.
